Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?- Als gemotiveerd medewerker bij ons departement Accounts receivable vanuit de directie B-Finance bouw je mee aan het succes van de NMBS en je vertegenwoordigt onze 4 kernwaarden : professionalisme, respect, ondernemerschap en samenwerking die de rode draad vormen van al onze acties binnen ons bedrijf.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Als Accounting Officer binnen de afdeling Banking ben je verantwoordelijk voor de controle van betalingen en de boekhouding van bankafschriften en financiële inkomsten en uitgaven:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aansluiting van betalingen aan stationsloketten, geldautomaten en via digitale kanalen, evenals voor diverse verrichtingen met betrekking tot de kaartverkoop.
- Je voert financiële verrichtingen uit in verband met thesaurie op korte termijn en relaties met dochterondernemingen, met inbegrip van maandelijkse afsluitingen en rapportering.
- Je voert diverse verrichtingen uit in verband met bankafschriften.
- Je neemt deel aan de boekhouding en de rapportering van de thesaurie op lange termijn.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma bachelor Accountancy of je zal hierover beschikken op het moment van de aanwerving. Indien je je diploma in het buitenland hebt behaald, moet je in het bezit zijn van een gelijkwaardigheidsattest.
**EN je bezit volgende vaardigheden**:
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van de Belgische boekhoudwetgeving
- Je hebt ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
- Kennis van SAP is een troef.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
- Je bent een teamspeler en werkt gemakkelijk samen met anderen.
- Je kan autonoom, doelgericht en gedisciplineerd werken.
- Je hebt een goede praktische kennis van MS Office 365 (Excel, Word,).
- Je bent leergierig en bereid je kennis te delen.
