Functieomschrijving
Voor de ondersteuning van onze Finance afdeling, zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Finance Assistant.
Takenpakket:
- Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte organisatie van de financiële administratie.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging en ondersteuning van verschillende dossiers (hoofdzakelijk Taks Shelter dossiers).
- Je verricht voorbereidende taken voor diverse analyses, (tussentijdse) controles en rapporteringen.
- Je maakt verschillende overzichten en/of samenvattingen en zorgt voor een permanente update hiervan.
- Je werkt nauw samen met het ganse finance team en zorgt voor een vlotte doorstroom van informatie tussen de verschillende diensten.
Jouw profiel
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma en/of hebt enkele jaren relevante werkervaring.
- Je kan gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en ordelijk werken.
- Je beschikt over een doorgedreven kennis en ervaring van werken met Excel. Werken met cijfers is een passie voor jou.
- Je beschikt over een analytisch inzicht en kan hoofd
- en bijzaken onderscheiden.
- Je bent communicatief en houdt van een informele werksfeer.
- Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en met een hands-on mentaliteit draag je mee bij tot de dagelijkse werking van het bedrijf.
