Talent Acquisition team Commercial Europe, is a team of 8 Talent Acquisition Partners responsible for the entire recruitment within our European Sales Clusters and Central European Sales organization. Each of them is located physically in one of the Clusters to be able to work directly with their stakeholders and follow up closely with the recruitment needs at hand.
We are hiring a
**Talent Acquisition Partner**, located in Brussels, to support the
** Benelux Sales Cluster**.

The Benelux Cluster is a Sales and Service organization of about 500 employees, with offices in Evere, Brussels (BE), Alphen aan den Rijn (NL) and Capellen (LUX). The offices in Brussels and Alphen a/d Rijn have a little over 200 employees, with an Experience Centre, Kitchen Studio, and recently renovated offices. Our regional Distribution Centre is in Alphen from where all our appliances are distributed to our customers in the Benelux.
This means that as Talent Acquisition Partner you are involved in recruiting various profiles for all parts of the organization. This role requires fluency in both French and Dutch/Flemish and will also require you to regularly visit our office in Alphen aan den Rijn to support your Hiring Managers with on-site interviews.
You will become part of an international team, with colleagues all over Europe, with various backgrounds and experience. We meet on a weekly basis to share experiences, learn from each other and support in recruitment processes. While within the Sales Cluster you are independently responsible for the entire recruitment process. In this role you report to the TA Manager Commercial Europe, who has been a TA Partner for the Benelux Cluster before and is located in the Netherlands.

**Your main tasks**:

- Give strategic hiring advice and influence business decisions, based on your market expertise and Talent Insights.
- Plan and organize employer branding activities to attract potential talent in critical functions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure progress of the TA function in your cluster and Europe.

**Qualifications**:

- Higher degree (e.g. HBO, Bachelor or Master degree) in Business, Social Studies or other relevant study
- Professional background of minimum 2 years in end-to-end recruiting, preferably in an international matrix organization, in a recruitment agency or at a headhunting consultancy.
- Fluent in Dutch and English and good knowledge of French.
- Experience with ATS tools (e.g. Workday, Phenom, CornerStone), and MS office
- Hybrid work from home and ability to work from our local office in Brussels and Alphen a/d Rijn on a regular basis.
