Function

Vous êtes responsable de la sécurité opérationnelle dans le cadre de l’exécution des travaux concernant les projets d’investissement et êtes également la personne de contact lors d’incidents Security sur le terrain. Cette fonction reprend notamment les responsabilités et tâches suivantes:
Vous garantissez la coordination de la sécurité et la gestion des grands travaux (câblage, fondations, poteaux cameras, l'administration des espaces verts, ) pour tous les bâtiments et terrains selon les procédures existantes.

Vous entretenez des contacts réguliers avec les départements Network Operations et Infrastructure en ce qui concerne l’évolution du planning de travail.

Vous assurez la collaboration avec les autres départements (Datacom, MAC, Safety).

Vous êtes la personne de contact au niveau Security pour les tiers impliqués dans l’exécution de travaux et vous suivez l’implémentation pratique du projet.

Vous fonctionnez comme SPOC pour le suivi opérationnel des notifications Security.

Vous gérez des partenaires internes et externes.

Vous préparez et transmettez les documents pour l’exécution des travaux.

Vous participez aux différentes réunions de chantiers.

Vous collaborez à la réception des travaux et à la réunion de debriefing du chantier.

Vous analysez les travaux et les risques qui y sont liés, et vous en assurez le contrôle afin de garantir la sécurité des installations et des personnes pendant la durée des travaux.

Vous exécutez les security checks dans les postes et proposez des mesures pro
- et réactives.

Vous guidez et accompagnez la police et/ou le SPF Intérieur - Economie en cas d’incidents.

Vous déposez une plainte auprès de la police en cas d’incidents.

Vous supportez le Physical Security Manager dans les demandes spécifiques.

Your Profile

La sécurité est une priorité absolue pour vous

Vous avez au moins 6 ans d’expérience dans l’exécution de travaux sur le terrain.

Vous avez suivi la formation “conseiller sécurité niveau 2” et êtes accrédité ou vous êtes prêt à suivre cette formation.

Le fait d’être manœuvrant et CSL est un atout.

Vous organisez votre travail de manière autonome et en assurez le suivi en tenant compte des priorités et deadlines.

Vous avez un grand sens des responsabilités.

Vous êtes un communicateur assertif, orienté client et teamplayer.

Vous êtes flexible.

Vous maîtrisez couramment MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Vous êtes résistant au stress.

Vous êtes francophone et vous pouvez vous exprimez en Néerlandais ou vous êtes prêt à apprendre le Néerlandais.
