Voor onze commerciële vestiging te Gent zijn we op zoek naar een Channel Activation Manager om ons Channel en Category Development team te versterken.
Wat we vragen
- Je bent creatief in het bedenken van nieuwe opportuniteiten en salesondersteunende acties met focus op duurzame groei.
- Je analytische skills helpen je bij het maken van de juiste analyses en het vastleggen van opportuniteiten.
- Je redeneert op masterniveau en hebt mínimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen sales, category management of trade marketing in een FMCG of retail omgeving.
- Je houdt ervan om nauw samen te werken met collega’s, klanten of externe partners.
- Je krijgt energie van presenteren en anderen te enthousiasmeren.
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld, ondernemend en een probleem of verbeterkans blijft niet lang zonder oplossing in jouw handen.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels zowel gesproken als geschreven.
- Je kan goed overweg met MS Office toepassingen zoals Excel, Word en PowerPoint

- VacaturetekstAls Channel Activation Manager Retail in Private Label voor België en Frankrijk ontwikkel je sterke kanaalplannen die leiden tot categoriegroei in de supermarkten in private Label en heb je een sterke focus op fysische aanwezigheid in Hard Discount van zowel onze sterke merk-producten als private label, zichtbaarheid in het winkelpunt, distributie en activatie. Je rapporteert aan de head of CCD (channel and category development) binnen het sales team en werkt nauw samen met de klanten, account managers, product managers PL en customer insights.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van Private Label in witte zuivel en kaas, zowel in België als in Frankrijk, en eveneens voor onze volledige business (merken en private label) bij de Belgische Hard Discounters Aldi en Lidl.
- Je bestudeert de markt, trends, klanten en productontwikkelingen, voert concurrentieonderzoek uit en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige analyse om jouw verkoopverhaal richting de klant te ondersteunen.
- Door jouw intensieve kennis van de markt (en oa het private label productportfolio) breng je pro-actief mogelijke commerciële verkoopkansen of eventuele bedreigingen snel en vroegtijdig in kaart. Je bouwt derhalve 12Q plannen op, in samenwerking met de Product Managers en de Key Account Managers
- Je motiveert en inspireert je klanten. Je bezoekt je klanten en presenteert ons productportfolio aan klanten.
- Je bent een partner voor de belangrijkste supermarktklanten binnen retail. In samenwerking met de Account Managers ontwikkel je kanaalspecifieke actieplannen. Je bouwt overtuigende klantspecifieke verkoopsverhalen om onze nieuwigheden te introduceren.
- Je ondersteunt de Account Managers bij business reviews en joint business plannen.
