**Position Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Partners Channel Manager to lead our cross-selling initiatives into the Partners segment (digital agencies and resellers) and drive the adoption of our new software products among our existing indirect customer base.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop cross**-sell strategy into Partners segment**: develop and execute a group-wide cross-selling strategy that enables lead generation, lead sharing and follow-up and selling our products to existing agency/reseller customers.
- **Collaborate with stakeholders**:collaborate with the Product and Revenue functions to identify opportunities for cross-selling into the Partners segment and develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- **Lead value proposition elaboration**:lead and support product and brand commercial teams into sharpening our value proposition for each brand-product combination and align on a successful approach to cross-sell in each case.
- **Develop and optimise incentives model**:develop a standard framework for and agree on individual incentive models for brands (revenue/profit agreements) and individual sales resources to ensure win-win mindset.
- **Lead cross-selling initiatives** **in matrix organisation**: owns and drives sales initiatives execution on a daily basis following agreed timing, value proposition and quality standards, and ensures focus on commercial results through sales resources located into local brands.
- **Monitor performance**:Continuously monitor the performance of owned cross-sell initiatives against monthly targets, tracking key metrics such as conversion rates, and revenue impact. Analyse data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and refinement of initiatives.
- **Develop and optimise **Partners cross-selling operations**: set up data, processes and tools to effectively execute sales process in a multi-brand environment taking into account existing tools and compliance (legal / privacy / contractual) requirements, and promote efficient technical initiatives to improve cross-selling effectiveness and operational efficiency
- **Prepare for future team** **growth**: leads ideation, planning and leadership alignment for the future development of a group Partners channel team operating across brands, defining in particular the potential organisation and operating model for such a team.
**Qualifications**:
- Preferably Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in leading B2B channel sales, with a focus on cross-selling strategies. Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of indirect channel principles, direct and indirect customer needs identification and gap analysis, sales methodologies and incentives models, with the ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market plans.
- Proven experience of complex or multi-product sales in a technology or (preferred) SaaS software environment, including specific business KPIs
- Familiar with web development agencies in Western Europe (primarily NL, DE, UK, but also Nordics and South Europe)
- Strong understanding of sales culture development and experience of either managing or working closely with sales teams working to challenging targets
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth through cross-selling initiatives. Familiarity with hosting services or SaaS industry trends and competitive landscape is a plus.
