We’re taking on the crusty global cyber market, the "no-BS" security platform for devs.
In the past, only large enterprises needed to worry about security. Today, cybersecurity has become the top concern of 75% of all CEOs, from startups to enterprises.
This means more work for developers, who need to become security experts and ensure their platforms are secure. But it’s hard. The market is riddled with overcomplicated, expensive tools that aren’t fit for developers. So, we founded Aikido.
We are the no-bullsh*t security platform that developers actually like to use. One central platform that shows devs what matters and how to fix it so that they can get back to building.

We’re looking for a **Partner Success Manager** who’s ready to own it and crush the game. You’ll be a driving force enabling channel sales that put us—and our partners—at the top. Think strategic co-selling, smart co-marketing, and uncovering new use cases that blow the competition out of the water. You will also own selling through our AWS marketplace partnership.
- Recruit, enable and built sustainable revenue through our partner channel across EMEA (MSP & AWS).
- Generate partner-driven pipeline, co-sell and develop co-marketing to win and built sustainable business together.
- Empower and challenge partners, retain sophisticated partners while coaching inexperienced ones.
- Be the feedback loop on market dynamics, stay sharp and ahead of the game.
- Own co-selling initiatives that make everyone’s revenue charts happy. Track deals, support partners winning.
- Drive relationships that aren’t just transactional, take our partners from good to killer.
- Real responsibilities from day 1.
- 3+ years of partner succes experience in Cloud/SaaS—if you’ve scaled it, you get it.
- Experience in channel sales through resellers/managed service providers and AWS marketplace.
- Experience in channel sales for cybersecurity or DevSecOps solutions is a serious plus.
- A relationship builder with the drive to make things happen and grow business together.
