**What do we expect from you**:

- Minimum one year of relevant experience in a similar role
- Client-oriented and solution-oriented
- Strong organizational, communicational, and analytical skills
- Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success department
- Deep understanding of customers' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
- Fluent in English and Dutch

**Amazing bonus points**
- Experience with content marketing, SEO, cloud technologies, and SaaS products is a big plus.
- Prior B2B experience, preferably in a tech startup environment.

**What does your day look like**

As a Customer Success Manager at StoryChief, you will manage and nurture relationships with our clients, helping our customers extract the most value out of StoryChief as possible. This includes a variety of tasks: providing product training (online), answering questions, and troubleshooting issues while ensuring our client's satisfaction and success.

You will help retain our core customer base by talking directly to our customers to find out what issues they are facing, how we may improve our products, and how to retain their business. This means that you will design and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business.

Apart from customers, you will work closely with colleagues. You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to share customer insights, drive product improvements, and contribute to the company's overall growth.

**As a customer onboarding manager you**:

- Promote overall customer satisfaction, product adoption, retention, and renewals
- Monitor client usage and satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities to improve their experience and drive success
- Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer success best practices, processes, and materials
- Develop a strong retention strategy based on customer feedback
- Upsell customers
- Regularly review and report on client success metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities
- Write and update help articles
