Scrum Master - Contract - Hybrid - Anderlecht

Robson Bale is looking for a Scrum Master to come on board for a Contract opportunity, Hybrid, Based in Anderlecht

**Primary Tasks and responsibilities**
- Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology
- Help organize personal/company performance plan
- Help the product owner and development team to better work together and achieve the necessary result at the best of their abilities
- Communicate the progress and enhance internal communication between the Product Owner and the team
- Guide clients in learning to complete tasks
- Provide coaching in effective specific techniques within Application Development
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of the client making sure the team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Keep records and documentation and prepare appropriate reports
- Support the product owner

**Non-Technical profile requirements**
- Strong tracking, coordination and project development skills
- Establishes and manages engagement objectives, expectations, and quality plan
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
- Leadership skills compatible with over 2 years of professional experience or great affinity with personal development/leadership position

**Methodology/Certification requirements**
- Expert knowledge of Agile methodology
- Scrum Master Certification is a plus

**Technical profile requirements**
- +2y experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master within Application Development
- Very good knowledge of Software Development
- Very good knowledge of Project/Program Management
- Working knowledge of Java principles
- Excellent reporting skills
