**Omschrijving**:
Voor een** nieuwe functie in Zaventem **gaan we op zoek naar **Sales Assistant binnen de autosector. **Sales is natuurlijk een breed begrip en ook voor deze functie komt daar heel wat bij kijken. Daarom verduidelijken wij hieronder graag even wat je binnen deze rol kan en mag verwachten.
- Je staat in voor de** acquisitie / het end to end beheer van de inkomende leads**:

- Je behandelt de lead telefonisch of via videoconference, je **peilt naar de klant zijn behoeften, je informeert deze en onderhandelt de beste optie.**:

- Eénmaal dat de klant de **offerte **heeft goedgekeurd, ben je verantwoordelijk voor **het opvragen van de klantgegevens, het kredietakkoord, het officiële order en de eindcontrole.**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor **het analyseren van de lopende portefeuille om de rentabiliteit te maximaliseren**: hernieuwen (of heronderhandelen) van lopende contracten, verkoop van bijkomende diensten,...
- Je staat in voor het** client relationship management**:Als advisor is het jouw rol om **vragen van klanten te beantwoorden**, die hij / zij heeft tijdens maar ook na het hele acquisitieproces
- Voor een aantal specifieke en opgelijste taken kan je beroep doen op het onboarding team.
- Je **rapporteert **tot slot ook aan het management van de afdeling;

**Profiel**

Voor deze nieuwe functie als **Sales Assistant** mikken we op een geschikte kandidaat die **vlot kan werken in onze beide landstalen (NL-FR)** aangezien klanten jou in beide talen kunnen aanspreken. **Je neemt graag de telefoon op en staat open voor zowel farming als hunting en prospectie** (Cold en Warm calling). Daarnaast behaalde je** minstens een TSO Diploma.**

Idealiter heb je reeds **een eerste ervaring op administratief of commercieel vlak,** **maar ook als je pas bent afgestudeerd,** maar je kans om stappen te zetten binnen deze rol. **Je belt graag en geniet ervan om mensen te overtuigen** en verder te helpen in hun keuzes. Ook haal je **voldoening uit het ontwikkelen van nieuwe klantenrelaties**.

Tot slot ben je** commercieel ingesteld, resultaatgericht een een echte go getter**. Je neemt de **verantwoordelijkheid **op om een lead in handen te nemen en op een **klantvriendelijke manier **het werk aan te pakken. Verder heb je ook **geen schrik om administratieve taken gelinkt aan het sales proces op jou te nemen.**

Een extralegaal pakket bestaande uit **maaltijd
- & ecocheques, uitgebreid verzekeringspakket incl. hospitalisatie, ambulante en dentale verzekering alsook groepsverzekering,** komt nog eens boven een mooi brutoloon dat fluctueert **tussen de 3000 en 3300 euro bruto.**

**Respect voor werk/privé balans** is hier zeker ook aanwezig met een totaal van **32 vakantiedagen, flexibele werkuren en thuiswerk na inloopperiode.** Daarnaast zijn er, eigen aan de sector ook m**obiliteitsopties: salary for car, openbaar vervoer, plooifiets... **Tot slot heeft dit bedrijf ook oog voor **opleiding en ontwikkeling, coaching op de werkvloer, opleidingen per functie alsook op basis van persoonlijk ontwikkelingsplan, taal
