Who you are
- Home interior design and home life are things you are passionate, curious and knowledgeable about.
- You are an experienced leader who loves a challenge. You coach the managers in your Com&In team to strengthen the IKEA offer and exceed the expectations of our customers.
- Your sense of entrepreneurship and your nose for business enables you to draw up and implement long-term and short-term plans and set and keep to budgets.
- You protect the relevant, attractive and strong character of the IKEA brand by drawing on your creativity, graphic skills and good sense of aesthetic.
- You have a qualification in home interior design and/or a great deal of experience in a design position.
**A day in your life with us**
- You translate the national strategy into a local business plan. In doing so, you contribute to the positioning of the IKEA store as the leader in home interior design on the local market.
- You inspire, motivate and engage your team of managers in achieving the goals, with the aim of long-term growth and profitability. In doing so, you use the wide and extensive IKEA range to emphasise numerous relevant, practical, attractive, sustainable and affordable solutions in various styles.
