En tant qu’Environnemental Officer Energy, votre responsabilité est de mettre en œuvre et coordonner l’amélioration de la performance énergétique du parc immobilier de la STIB (bureaux, ateliers, dépôts et stations de métro).

En concertation avec les experts des différentes techniques concernées (HVAC, éclairage, compresseurs,):

- Vous veillez à la mise en conformité de la STIB avec les législations liées aux consommations d’énergie dans les bâtiments (PLAGE, audits énergétiques, PEB bâtiments publics)
- Vous coordonnez la réalisation des audits énergétiques des bâtiments et le déploiement du programme PLAGE, participez à la définition des plans d’action et à leur suivi et assurez un reporting vers Bruxelles-Environnement de ces plans
- Vous assurez la certification PEB bâtiment public des bâtiments concernés via la collecte des données du bâtiment (surface, type de construction,) et des consommations énergétiques
- Vous proposez des mesures pour améliorer les performances énergétiques des installations de la STIB, y compris les équipements industriels dans les ateliers (compresseurs) et ceux dans les stations (escalators, ascenseurs, etc.)
- Vous participez à la définition de la stratégie de comptabilité énergétique pour répondre aux besoins des différentes législations (PLAGE, Audits, règlementation PEB chauffage et climatisation, certificat PEB bâtiments publics)
- Vous assurez un rapportage périodique des consommations énergétiques des bâtiments (y compris les équipements industriels) et leur communication aux différentes parties prenantes
- Vous sensibilisez le personnel à la prise en compte de la préoccupation environnementale dans l’entreprise
- Vous contribuez au déploiement et à la mise en œuvre du Système de Management Environnemental de la STIB, basé sur la norme ISO 14001 (dynamisation des correspondants énergie, gestion documentaire,)

**Profil recherché**:

- Vous possédez un master à orientation technique ou expérience professionnelle équivalente
- Vous pouvez démontrer une première expérience professionnelle dans un rôle similaire
- Vous avez une bonne maitrise de la gestion de projets
- Vous disposez de connaissances techniques dans le domaine de l’énergie (HVAC, éclairage,)
- Vous maitrisez le français ou le néerlandais et êtes disposé à apprendre l’autre langue nationale
- Compétences clés : communication, influencer, établir des relations, orientation clients et résultats, analyse, organisation, flexibilité, faire preuve de motivation et d’implication
