Om onze kwaliteit en service te versterken, zoeken we een **Projectmedewerker **die in het team Customer Experience werkt aan het verbeteren van onze klantenbeleving:
**Functiebeschrijving**
- Je tekent de customer journeys (klantreizen) uit in projecten of bij nieuwe processen samen met de collega’s van de verschillende afdelingen om zo tot de meest optimale klantreis te komen, rekening houdend met de strategische pijlers van VAB (oa performante processen en digitalisering)
- Je zoekt en test methoden en technieken waarmee de organisatie de klantbeleving naar een hoger niveau kan tillen
- Je helpt de contactmomenten met klanten (on
- en offline) te realiseren en optimaliseren, bewaakt de kwaliteit (oa. mystery shopping) en geeft advies om de gewenste resultaten te halen (quality control)
- Je zet met de hulp van de afdeling marketing de tevredenheidsenquêtes op en je analyseert en rapporteert de resultaten. Op basis hiervan geef je suggesties voor cases voor trainingen.
- Je schrijft mee aan standaardantwoorden en scripts voor de verschillende afdelingen
- Je verbreedt je eigen kennis door trainingen, studies, onderzoek, seminaries,

**Profiel**
- Je hebt een master of bachelor diploma of je hebt een eerste gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Je weet uit ervaring dat jij zeer klantgericht bent en alles doet voor die glimlach :)

- Het bedrijf is gelegen in Zwijndrecht vlak naast de E17, ook vlot bereikbaar via het openbaar vervoer. Het treinstation is gelegen op 500m van kantoor, een tramhalte (tram 3) op 1.5 km. Voor koning auto is parkeerplaats voorzien. Met de fiets is VAB vlot bereikbaar en bij aankomst zijn kleedkamers en douches beschikbaar. We hebben ook een VAB fietslease plan
