**Functie**:
Ben jij overtuigd dat klachten een kans bieden voor groei? Wij ook Als Dossierbeheerder Customer Experience ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van dossiers van A tot Z met (interne) contacten.
Jouw takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:
- Registreren, analyseren en oplossen van klachten neem je voor je rekening.
- De klant op de hoogte brengen van de resultaten van het onderzoek.
- Ontvangen van maximaal 10 telefoongesprekken per dag, je bent zo het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, zowel B2C als B2B.
- Proactief initiatief nemen en met de opgedane kennis verbetering van de dienstverlening durven aanbrengen.
**Aanbod**:
- Opleiding en begeleiding op de werkvloer.
- Je komt terecht in een samenhangend team die enthousiast zijn om je te ontvangen en verder te helpen.
- Een werkplek in Zwijndrecht met de mogelijkheid tot 3 dagen thuiswerken (na opleidingsperiode).
- Van maandag tot donderdag werk je van 9u tot 18u, op vrijdag tot 16u30. Hierdoor ontvang je 18 ADV dagen op jaarbasis.
- Je ontvangt een marktconform loon met extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, fietsvergoeding, vergoeding openbaar vervoer en groepsverzekering.
**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
- Klantgerichte communicatie en een portie assertiviteit is voor jou geen probleem.
- Je hebt een luisterend oor en kunt je inleven in de behoeften van anderen.
- Een analytische ingesteldheid en een probleem oplossende mindset typeert je.
- Oplossingen kan je efficiënt, doelgericht en op een constructieve manier formuleren.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent praktisch ingesteld.
- Organisatorisch en planmatig werken geniet je voorkeur.
- Je bent een teamspeler die goed samenwerkt met anderen.
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en hebt een goede mondelinge kennis van het Frans.
