**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline;
- Experience in:

- Financial management within a customer-funding environment;
- Planning, preparation and production of budget submissions;
- Budget execution and resource management;
- Preparing, conducting and reporting using statistical sampling methods;
- Working in data analytics, MS Excel pivot tables, power BI, graphical representation of business data;
- Using ServiceNow, MS Project, MS Office Suite;
- Knowledge and experience in enterprise resource planning systems, project management processes, procedures and tools;
- Ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets.

**Duties/role**:

- Assisting in:

- Preparation of the annual in-year Business Execution Plan (BEP) and follow-up and the Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR);
- Preparation of the workforce planning and execution;
- Analysis of budgetary data and identification of significant trends and deviations for short and long term planning purposes;
- Supporting in:

- Performance of in-year reviews of DCSU financial execution;
- Monitoring DCU's Financial dashboards covering all sources and types of funds;
- Managing and reporting against DCSU's portfolio of services, projects and other work;
- Execution of DCSU recruitment activities.
