Maak impact als BIM Process Manager bij Sweco Belgium

Ben jij een ervaren BIM-expert met een passie voor digitale bouwprocessen? Bij Sweco krijg je de kans om jouw vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen en toe te passen in innovatieve projecten die de toekomst van de bouwsector vormgeven. Als BIM Process Manager speel je een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en integratie van BIM-processen binnen diverse projecten. Samen met een multidisciplinair team werk je aan digitale oplossingen die bijdragen aan duurzame en efficiënte bouwprojecten.

Je vertaalt de verwachtingen van de klant naar BIM-workflows, coördineert verschillende teams en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit om te zorgen dat elk project volgens de hoogste BIM-standaarden verloopt. Als verantwoordelijke voor het digitale luik van projecten beheer je het budget, de processen en de coördinatie tussen disciplines. Door middel van clash detecties en modelreviews garandeer je dat elk project op schema blijft en kwalitatief hoogstaande resultaten oplevert.

- Samenwerking over disciplines heen: Je coördineert tussen verschillende teams en disciplines om ervoor te zorgen dat de BIM-workflows en methodieken naadloos worden geïntegreerd.
- Advies en ondersteuning: Je ondersteunt projectingenieurs en designers met advies over BIM-processen en zorgt voor de juiste implementatie.

Wat wij zoeken in een BIM Process Manager
- Ervaring en expertise: Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring als BIM Process Manager en bent bedreven in het gebruik van software zoals Revit, ACC, en Navisworks.
- Technische kennis: Je hebt een grondige kennis van BIM-processen en de Belgische en internationale standaarden.
- Organisatorisch inzicht: Je begrijpt de organisatorische processen binnen projecten en weet deze efficiënt toe te passen.
- Communicatieve vaardigheden: Je bent klantgericht, flexibel en kunt goed samenwerken binnen multidisciplinaire teams.

**Op welke locatie kan ik werken?**:
Met meer dan 25 kantoren verspreid over Vlaanderen en Wallonië, zetten we in op nabijheid voor onze medewerkers en klanten. Dus er is zeker en vast wel een kantoor bij jou in de buurt. We streven ernaar dat onze kantoren vlot bereikbaar zijn met het openbaar vervoer of de wagen.
