**Who are we**?** LIME is a Brussels-based law firm specialized in corporate, corporate IT and financial law. Our practice notably covers national and multinational M&A transactions, venture capital and private equity, corporate reorganizations (mergers, demergers, etc.), structuring of regulated or private investment funds and vehicles, corporate IT and ESG matters, and, of course, all general corporate and financial law matters, including contentious aspects.

We are dedicated, enthusiast, ambitious, and we constantly strive to deliver the highest quality work, pragmatic solutions, value creating and superior service on every matter entrusted to us.

**What is our digital practice**? **It is LIME’s conviction that a sharp approach to digital aspects of the functioning and activities of companies has become essential in order to offer the level of quality of services in corporate and financial law that we wish to provide to our clients.

LIME has over the years developed this approach both for tech companies as well as those operating in more traditional sectors that integrate digital technology into their strategy and daily operations. In this context, our practice relates to data and GDPR, IT contracts, IP issues, B2C terms and conditions, as well as new online or digital services.

LIME’s expertise in this field is led by our Of Counsel Hervé Jacquemin, professor at the University of Namur and director of the Research Center for Information, Law and Society (CRIDS/NADI).

Our practice is growing, and we are eager to grow it further with new talents in the team who share our conviction and approach in relation to IT matters.

**Who are you**?**

You have a Master Degree in Law which you obtained with superior academic grades, as well as an advanced Master in IP/IT Law and/or a relevant experience in the field of IP/IT Law.

You speak French and English, with a good command of Dutch.

You possess and demonstrate many, if not all, of the following attributes:

- You have strong legal and organizational skills.
- You strive for excellence and have a sharp legal mind. You like and enjoy both analytical thinking and practical challenges. You naturally go the extra mile.
- You have a creative and curious spirit, in legal matters but also as a permanent state of mind.
- You are confident yet humble. You give and take credit when it is due, and you take responsibility for misses. If you do not know something, you are not afraid to say so, and then you figure it out quickly.
