**Buyer - Direct Spend**
**JOUW FUNCTIE**
Als Buyer zal je deel uit maken van ons Procurement team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het A-Z aankoopproces binnen jouw scope. Je streeft hierin naar een optimale ‘Total Cost of Ownership’ en bouwt duurzame partnerships op met onze cruciale partners. Je zoekt actief naar verbeteringsprojecten en garandeert te allen tijde security of supply. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met onze leveranciers, collega’s van diverse afdelingen (Supply Chain & Operations van de brouwerijen en onze cidrerie) en Heineken Group.
Je rapporteert aan de Procurement Manager.
**JOUW TAKEN**
- Als buyer neem je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over een cost category binnen Alken-Maes. Dit betekent dat je een strategisch plan uitzet voor je category (korte termijn en lange termijn horizon) waarbij je samen met de business actief op zoek gaat om verbeteringsprojecten op te zetten. Je volgt en begrijpt de trends in de markt van je categorie en anticipeert hierop.
- Je bouwt lange termijn relaties op met je interne stakeholders en leveranciers, ten einde optimale oplossingen te garanderen voor onze business.
- Je lost operationele day-2-day problemen op en acteert als tussenpersoon tussen de business en je suppliers.
- Je neemt het volledige RFI/RFQ proces op en gaat hier actief op zoek naar de beste partners op de markt.
- Je waarborgt de security of supply,en zoekt actief naar oplossingen in geval van schaarste op de markt.
- Je rapporteert je maandelijkse spend niveaus, verklaart de trends en geeft regelmatige updates aan de procurement manager over de besparingsacties en lopende projecten binnen je category.
- Je werkt nauw samen met Heineken voor overkoepelende projecten en contracten en volgt deze op met respect voor de vooropgestelde policies en KPI’s.
- Je bent deel van een aankoopteam en ondersteunt de andere buyers binnen het team met je ervaring en deelt je best practices.
**JOUW PROFIEL**
- Je bezit minimum een bachelordiploma en beschikt over een eerste ervaring als aankoper, of binnen relevante Supply Chain functies.
- Je beschikt over goede analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden en stelt je kritisch en accuraat op.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt je verantwoordelijkheden op.
- Je durft initiatieven te nemen, te challengen en te negociëren.
- Je vindt je weg vlot in MS Office, kennis SAP is een troef.
- Je bent vlot tweetalig: Nederlands, Engels.
