**Purpose**:
The Senior Manager - Central team is responsible for delivering The Way We Serve (TWWS) our Customer Service & Supply Chain (CSSC) academy and the subsequent schools along with the CSSC learning and development offering. This new role will take the lead on the Manufacturing and Logistics Schools. Defining and implementing global learning and development interventions, and ensuring that plans and activities are aligned with and support the delivery of the organisation's near and long-term capability requirements.

**What to expect**:

- Partner with Central CSSC Leadership team and P&C colleagues to understand the learning needs for the business. Create and deliver the Central CSSC L&D plan.
- Working with our Manufacturing and Logistics leadership team, take the lead on developing a School which focuses on driving capability development across our supply chain operations
- Define, document and maintain scope of all L&D projects within area of responsibility. Project manage, create, track and own project plans
- Introduce measurement and KPIs against TWWS schools to demonstrate the impact and value add to the business
- Leverage analytics to effectively gain insights into L&D. Establish and monitor KPIs. Analyse training effectiveness making the necessary adjustments to ensure we create a culture of continuous learning and value add within the business and embed 70/20/10
- Use a variety of learning methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools and practices to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the learning within the schools
- Research content and/or collaborate with SMEs and other cross functional stakeholders to develop a consistent and accurate global training curriculum linked to the TWWS, ensuring it provides relevant, challenging and productive learning experiences
- Collaborate with the wider global L&D team to effectively align learning solutions with business requirements and central governance protocols
- Conduct LNAs and performance gap analysis against performance and training opportunities, incorporating 70/20/10
- Work closely with the broader L&D team and other internal global partners to ensure alignment around key priorities and initiatives
- Coach and develop colleagues across global L&D team to ensure consistent best practices are shared
- Budget creation, forecasting, tracking aligned with the Central needs
- Conduct regular audit reviews to monitor alignment of standardised processes
- Work with P&C BP to deliver key messages on leadership and management training and talent initiatives
- Partner with L&D Services to deliver a positive learner experience, ensuring design, reporting and training management are proactively delivered
- Line management of 1 report

**Skills and Essentials**:

- The ability to partner with senior leaders and managers in a complex matrix organisation
- Experience at a senior level within L&D
- Ideally, experience in manufacturing L&D
- Must have strong experience in development and designing of training school/programmes, programmes
- Strong focus on increasing performance via learning initiatives.
- Must be focused on the impact and value that L&D makes within the business and proactively contribute towards this
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to collaborate with global cross functional teams
