**De functie**:
Voor de rol als Service Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor voornamelijk je eigen klantenportefeuille.
Dankzij jouw sterke technische kennis zal je na opleiding een opvolging van onderdeel tot proces tot uitvoering.
Je dagen zien er als volgt uit:
- Als er reparaties aan de liften nodig zijn, verzamel je alle informatie om een correcte offerte voor onze klanten op te stellen, zodat ze op een efficiënte en kwalitatieve manier geholpen worden;
- Je verwerkt de periodieke rapporten;
- Je zorgt voor een goede opvolging van de offerteaanvraag tot de offerte naar de klant wordt gestuurd;
- Je beantwoordt de vragen van de klant over de offerte en volgt je klantenportefeuille nauwlettend op;
- Je onderhoudt goed contact met alle klanten en herlanceert indien nodig offertes op het juiste moment;
- Je staat regelmatig in contact met onze klanten en interne belanghebbenden.
