Nous sommes une filiale de D'Ieteren Automotive, actif dans le domaine des voitures d'occasion en Belgique et au niveau international. Notre objectif est de devenir le leader incontesté du marché en Belgique en combinant un modèle de vente de voitures d'occasion avec des canaux en ligne et un réseau national de franchises.
MyWay PRO, notre marque B2B, est active dans le commerce de voitures d'occasion en Belgique et à l'étranger. Notre objectif est d'acheter et de vendre des voitures d'occasion de qualité dans toute l'Europe par l'intermédiaire d'un vaste réseau de partenaires via nos canaux officiels : MyWay, Audi Approved+ et Lizy, ainsi que le réseau européen de concessionnaires B2B de MyWay PRO.
Pour réaliser notre ambition, nous recherchons un conseiller en mobilité administrative motivé et passionné.
En tant que conseiller en mobilité administrative, vous êtes **LA** voix de notre organisation. Vous êtes le premier point de contact pour nos clients internes.
Vous fournissez un service sur mesure grâce à votre attitude positive et à votre approche axée sur le client. Votre objectif est de surprendre nos clients internes et de leur fournir un service qui dépasse leurs attentes.
**De quoi êtes-vous responsable ?**
- Suivi administratif des voitures réservées
- Suivi administratif des voitures achetées
- Suivi opérationnel : logistique, documentation, etc.
- Dossier de suivi, demandes de financement
- Suivi logistique de la livraison des voitures
- Contacts internes avec les parties prenantes tout au long des processus d'achat et de vente
- Contact avec les concessionnaires et autres partenaires et/ou fournisseurs
**Qui êtes-vous ?**
- Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et le français, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral. L'anglais est un atout
- Vous êtes fort dans les tâches administratives
- Vous pouvez travailler de manière indépendante
- Vous aimez prendre des initiatives
- Vous avez une attitude positive et une attitude professionnelle envers vos clients et vos collègues
- Vous avez une grande capacité d'apprentissage et aimez apprendre beaucoup
- Vous êtes proactif dans le signalement des défis et des problèmes
- Vous aimez contribuer aux solutions et améliorations possibles
- Vous êtes un touche-à-tout qui sait faire plusieurs choses à la fois
- Vous pouvez gérer le stress et les réactions
- Vous aimez travailler avec d'autres collègues et vous apportez de l'enthousiasme à votre équipe
- Vous avez des connaissances en informatique et pouvez passer d'un programme à l'autre.
- Vous êtes flexible et disposé à travailler les jours de semaine entre 9 et 20 heures. Si vous devez travailler le samedi, ce sera entre 10 et 18 heures
- Une affinité avec les voitures est un plus
