AppTweak is the leading App Store Optimization (ASO) tool - think SEO but then for the app stores. AppTweak empowers 1,700+ mobile leaders - such as Amazon, Jam City, Yelp, and Adobe - to grow their apps and games with actionable insights in a simple interface.

Launched in 2014, AppTweak has grown to a team of more than 75 people with offices in Brussels, San Francisco, Tokyo and Bengaluru. In April 2021, AppTweak raised a $22 million investment in series B funding. We’re gearing up for fast growth and are looking for ambitious individuals to join our team.

We are looking for an amazing** Partnership Marketing Manager **to join our second-stage rocket ship

**About the role**:
You'll be joining AppTweak at a super exciting time As Partnership Marketing Manager you will be responsible for expanding AppTweak’s brand reach by building meaningful partnerships with key players in the mobile market.
AppTweak has worked really hard to be recognized in the industry as the #1 ASO tool, now it is time to use this earned recognition to take on new initiatives that spread our awareness and impact our bottom line worldwide

You’ll report to Alexandra, our Head of Marketing, based in San Francisco.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Inspire and manage our PR & Event specialist to grow and perform in her role.
- Manage relationships with current partners and grow marketing partnership opportunities in the App Marketing industry.
- Lead the planning and execution of co-marketing campaigns such as online webinars, online conferences, guest blogging, whitepapers, and more.
- Represent and advocate AppTweak’s brand at in-person events, conferences, and tradeshows.
- Organize and host ASO-related events to increase brand awareness and visibility.
- Coordinate sponsorship, logistic, and pre/post conference campaigns to ensure a successful event.
- Develop our PR strategy to increase our media coverage.
- Drive earned media strategy across various channels and manage AppTweak’s online reputation.

**Your profile**:
Must-have
- You are fluent in English;
- Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or any relevant field;
- 3+ years experience in communications, content marketing or business development;
- Strong knowledge of the App Marketing landscape;
- Outstanding communication capabilities (written & verbal) both with external partners and within an organization;
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to successfully motivate and challenge a team;
- Former experience in a SaaS company or in a hyper-growth environment;
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset; you're hands-on and autonomous. You find creative solutions to problems in a fast-moving environment;
- Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail;
