**Responsibilities**
As **Marketing Manager,** your responsibilities will be to:
**Strategic Planning and Execution**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Oversee the company’s marketing budget.
**Content, campaign & events Management (with the marketing team)**
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) with the marketing team.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
- Organize events, fairs participation and PR opportunities
**Market Research and Analytics**
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
**Brand Management**
- Maintain and grow the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as drive website traffic and acquire leads.
**Team Leadership**
- Lead and motivate the marketing team, providing guidance and direction to achieve marketing targets.
- Conduct yearly evaluation & career orientation meetings with each marketing collaborators
- Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure that their output aligns with company standards.
**Profile**
As **Marketing Manager,** you have at least:
- A Master or Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- Very good command in French, Dutch and English
- At least 5 years of experience as Marketing Manager or similar role in a corporate setting.
- A good helicopter view
- Strategic mindset with pragmatic implementation approach.
