Pour renforcer notre équipe finance, nous recherchons un(e) Accounts Payable Officer motivé(e). Vous aurez l’opportunité de travailler dans l’un de nos D’Ieteren Mobility Centers situés dans la région de Bruxelles ou du Brabant flamand.
En tant qu’Accounts Payable Officer, vous serez chargé(e) de gérer les factures entrantes et de superviser les comptes fournisseurs pour l’ensemble de la région X. Vous veillerez à ce que toutes les obligations financières de notre entreprise soient traitées avec précision et dans les délais impartis.
Quelles seront vos responsabilités ?
- Traiter et vérifier les factures entrantes en assurant des paiements ponctuels.
- Gérer les comptes fournisseurs tout en maintenant d’excellentes relations.
- Contrôler et rapprocher les comptes fournisseurs.
- Suivre les rappels de paiement et résoudre les écarts éventuels dans les factures.
- Régler les litiges ou divergences avec les fournisseurs.
- Communiquer avec les fournisseurs et les services internes concernant la facturation.
- Apporter votre soutien lors des clôtures mensuelles et annuelles.
- Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des processus et participer à des projets visant à optimiser les processus financiers.
Vous retrouvez-vous dans le profil suivant ?
- Bilingue (FR/NL) avec une excellente maîtrise de la communication orale et écrite.
- Connaissances en comptabilité ; une formation financière est un atout
- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, tel que credit controller ou gestionnaire de comptes clients.
- Un regard critique et un grand souci du détail.
- Compétences interpersonnelles avec une capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les membres de l’équipe.
- Attitude proactive et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
- Maîtrise des outils technologiques : expérience avec des logiciels de comptabilité (comme Venice) et une bonne maîtrise de MS Office, en particulier Excel, pour faciliter l’analyse des données.
