Missie
Performance Reporting & Monitoring staat in voor de rapportering en monitoring van de algemene performance van de verschillende teams en domeinen binnen CTS, elk met hun eigen specifieke kenmerken. We meten de operationele en financiële resultaten, houden onze SLA’s nauwlettend in het oog en definiëren actieplannen samen met de operationele teams ingeval van afwijkingen. We staan in voor de opmaak van de budgetten en doen opvolging van onze operationele resultaten. We analyseren en verwerken in
- en uitgaande facturen en challengen de verschillende domeinen op hun werkingsmiddelen.
We maken diverse rendabiliteitsstudies voor heel uiteenlopende doeleinden (pricing / tariefaanpassingen).
We zijn ook de geprivilegieerde partner voor externe (wettelijke) rapporteringen.
We werken bij uitstek transversaal en ondersteunen de andere teams binnen CTS.
Taken
Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde collega om ons team te versterken en bieden een gevarieerde functie aan:
- Opmaken van rapporteringen om de operationele en financiële performance van CTS op te volgen en dit ten behoeve van het management.
- Opmaken van externe rapporteringen voor o.a. de Nationale Bank, de Europese Centrale Bank,
- Kritische analyse van de data teneinde onze performance continu te verbeteren.
- Verwerken van uitgaande facturen
- Samenwerken met andere diensten zowel binnen als buiten de directie CTS.
