The job:
- Building strong customer and client relationships
- Helping both client and customer achieving their objectives with a consultancy approach.
- You will follow the recruitment process from A to Z
- You will analyse the market and proactively prospect to expand your market
- You will be responsible for your market
Your profile:
- A degree level education is preferable
- Recruiting experience will be an advantage
- You are a dynamic and outgoing person
- You speak English and French or Dutch
- You are a self-motivated person who is constantly looking for improvement
- You are ambitious and want to achieve your goals
- You want to go beyond your limits
- A team player who enjoys a collegian, collaborative work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- You are comfortable on the phone
