Voor onze afdeling In-home (Telenet Residential customers) zijn wij op zoek naar een **planningsmanager**.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van jouw team en van alle planningsactiviteiten binnen de In-home unit. Je streeft samen met je team naar een zo optimaal mogelijke planning voor onze telecomtechniekers, in functie van de noden van onze klanten. Bijkomend zal je werken aan het optimaliseren van processen en zorg je voor het tijdig behalen van de vooropgestelde KPI’s. Je draagt eveneens bij aan de groei en optimalisatie van de activiteiten van de afdeling, en hebt hierbij oog voor alle stakeholders. Tenslotte ben je een betrouwbaar escalatiepunt voor zowel klanten, interne partijen als leveranciers - dit voor wat het planningsproces betreft.

**Wat houdt de functie in?**:
Als **Planningsmanager **bent u verantwoordelijk voor:

- Ontwikkelen, implementeren en beheren van planningsstrategieën en -processen, rekening houdende met de vereisten van de klant en het bedrijf.
- Toezicht houden op het hele planningsproces (end-to-end), waar nodig bijsturen en ervoor zorgen dat de toepasselijke KPI’s minstens worden behaald, zo niet zelfs verbeterd.
- Vanuit een gestructureerd overleg met de klanten een forecast model opbouwen, verfijnen en hiermee op gedetailleerde wijze de manpower noden forecasten op (middel)lange termijn. Proactief deze forecast aanpassen in functie van evoluties in verkoopcijfers, specifieke sales campagnes, informatie uit de markt, weersinvloeden etc
- Aansturen van het planning en forecast team in functie van de noden van de verschillende stakeholders binnen Unit-T alsook van de klant. Je bouwt verder mee aan een sterk team, dat een referentie is binnen de Unit-T/Telenet wereld.
- Escalaties vanuit het management (van de klant) behandelen en hierover rapporteren. Waar mogelijk deze aangrijpen om verdere verbeteringen uit te voeren.
- Kennisopbouw, documenteren van deze kennis en overdracht hiervan garanderen. Indien nodig workshops en trainingen hiervoor organiseren.
- Identificeren van mogelijke knelpunten en proactief oplossingen aandragen.
- Samenwerken met projectmanagers en verschillende teams om de doelstellingen van nieuwe projecten te halen. Hierover rapporteren.
- Op een consistente manier rapporteren aan de BU-director over (o.m.) forecasting, planning en behaalde resultaten. Indien nodig aangeven waar er mogelijke problemen opduiken en hoe deze aan te pakken.
- Continu streven naar procesverbetering en efficiëntie.

- Je werkt in een 40-uren systeem met glijdende uren. Daarnaast heb je boven op je standaard verlof 12 ADV dagen per jaar.

**Wat neem je mee?**:
Als de ideale **Planningsmanager** herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

- Een echte people manager die werkt aan een coherent en efficiënt team
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en leiderschapsvaardigheden.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in plannings
- en/of projectmanagement.
- Sterk analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossend vermogen.
- In staat om onder druk te werken en strakke deadlines te halen.
- Bij voorkeur een master-opleiding in engineering, productie-management of data analytics.
- Kennis van/certificatie in Lean Management, Six Sigma, of andere procesverbeteringsmethodieken is een plus.
