**Context**:
The Senior Project Manager will work on various projects in the Business-Client Cluster portfolio, which includes:
- Projects, which will allow the company to keep the customer at the heart of its strategy, via a quality, fast service, commensurate with the current expectations of our customers, while maintaining affordable prices.
More specifically within this cluster, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing the following 3 projects:
1.Smart Devices
The drafting of the public contract has been carried out. The project manager will participate in the selection of the supplier and will be involved in the execution of the resulting contract. It will also track the execution of the pilot and incorporate the results into the market ordering strategy.
2. Site visit
The client wishes to improve the effectiveness of the safety and quality audits of the worksites for which it is responsible.
This inevitably involves high-performance IT tools that make life easier for the agents who carry out the audits in the field on a daily basis, as well as the agents who supervise their work from the offices.
The tools currently used in this context are aging and the cl wishes to replace them with a unique and ergonomic tool.
To this end, the client wants a tool to easily create and fill out forms with dynamic content, allowing the assignment of tasks from the field, as well as their centralized monitoring. The tool should allow management to assess service providers and establish macro action plans based on data collected in the field. In addition, the tool must have a cloud infrastructure (SaaS type) and allow integration with the client's Active Directory
3. Technician Companion
the customer wishes to find an alternative solution to the forms present in the "Technician's Companion".
Indeed, these forms are developed in Excel and contain Macros that will no longer be functional when agents switch to Android tablets.
Client wants a tool that makes it easy to create and fill out forms with dynamic content and that also allows integration with the client’s Active Directory.
**Responsibilities**:
**Project plan management**:
- Prepare the project plan (objectives, scope, organization & resources, planning & milestones, business case, tolerance levels, risks & constraints, communication, organizational impacts, etc.) under the supervision of the program manager, in accordance with the mandate issued.
- Present and validate the project plan by the steering committee in collaboration with the program manager.
- Report and collaborate with the program manager to ensure the proper management and monitoring of the project.
- Collaborate with other program project managers and the program manager to identify and manage interdependencies with other projects, also for all projects.
- Prepare and present the status report to the project committee to ensure proper operational monitoring and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Prepare and present end-of-phase reports and exception reports to the Steering Committee to ensure good direction and overall integrity of the project.
- Be responsible for the overall progress of the project, respect of timing & budget and use of resources.
Initiate corrective actions if necessary.
- Identify and obtain support and advice necessary for the management, planning and monitoring of the project.
- Comply and ensure compliance with the defined project methodology (including the Testing and Change Management methodology) - Prince2 and program management (MSP)
- Be responsible for the administration of the project and coordinate the actions of suppliers.
Operational management:
- Establish the Project Initiation Document in accordance with the mandate issued and coordinate the production of the defined deliverables.
- Monitor the progress and evolution of the project to ensure it is delivered on time, within budget.
- Manage risks and problems, in particular by developing a contingency and mitigation plan.
- Help identify resources. Lead and motivate project team members throughout the duration of the project.
- Ensure collaboration between the different parties throughout the duration of the project: stakeholders, architects, development team, etc.
- Obtain acceptance and validation of the key project deliverable by the responsible parties.
- Prepare lessons learned report.
- Prepare any necessary follow-up actions and recommendations.
- Prepare the end of project report.
- Reports to the Program Manager
**Project compliance**:
- Initiate and coordinate quality audits and the implementation of quality assurance plans.
- Review and manage change requests in relation to initial assumptions after validation by the steering committee.
- Ensure that the result of the project corresponds to the defined objectives and meets the expectations of the sponsor.
