**L’ENTREPRISE**

Repos Production est un éditeur belge de jeux de société ayant commencé son activité
en éditant le best-seller _Time’s Up_.

Ce succès a permis de développer une gamme de jeux originaux comme _7 Wonders,_
- 7 Wonders Duel, 7 Wonders Architects, Concept, Just One, So Clover_, et bien d’autres.

**L’ÉQUIPE**

Vous allez intégrer une équipe dynamique de 15 personnes au département Marketing et vous aurez de multiples interactions tant en local qu’à l’international.

**LA FONCTION**

En tant que Junior Digital Marketing, vous intégrerez l’équipe Marketing Studios
et travaillerez sur un portefeuille de jeux de studios belges et français. Vous supporterez le lancements des jeux et le suivi des gammes de jeux existantes avec les équipes internes.

Au sein de l’équipe Marketing, vous participez à la création d’outils promotionnels digitaux pour les jeux des différents Studios et à l’entretien des communautés.

**LES ATTRIBUTIONS**

Au sein de votre département vos tâches consisteront principalement en (descriptif
non limitatif de la fonction):

- Création de contenu sur TikTok ;
- Assistance au département Marketing dans ses tâches administratives
(planning, gestion de projets, data base, publicité, revue de presse, etc.) ;
- Création et/ou gestion de vidéos promotionnelles ;
- Suivi des projets Marketing qui vous sont assignés ;
- Suivi de la réalisation des publicités (tous supports) par les différents prestataires ;
- Rédaction d’une newsletter destinée à l’interne ;
- Avoir des contacts réguliers avec les différents organes de presse (presse écrite,
web et radio) ainsi qu’avec les personnalités médiatiques influentes (Youtubeur,
blogueurs-ses, reviewers, etc.) ;
- Participation à des évènements digitaux via l’organisation et la présentation
des directs et des contenus préenregistrés ;
- Présenter nos jeux en vidéo ou sur évènements, avec aisance et énergie,
**en français et anglais**.

**LES PRÉREQUIS**
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme supérieur (minimum bachelier) en Communication,
Relations Publiques ou Marketing ;
- Vous maîtrisez l’anglais écrit et parlé ;
- Vous avez un attrait pour les nouveaux Médias (TikTok, etc.) ;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du jeu de société moderne ;
- Vous avez un excellent sens du relationnel et aimez travailler en équipe ;
- Vous avez d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles (en français et en anglais) ;
- Vous êtes familier(ère) avec les outils réseaux sociaux (Meta Business Suite,
Creator Studio,...) ;
- Vous maîtrisez la suite Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) ;
- Vous faites preuve de créativité dans votre travail ;
- Vous êtes rigoureux-se, organisé-e, savez planifier votre travail et tenez vos délais ;
- De l’expérience dans le domaine de la vidéo et du montage est un plus.
