We are currently looking for a **full-time Inbound Marketer** to strengthen our team. Someone who is passionate about building and optimizing marketing campaigns in order to make a business scale faster and better We strongly believe that inbound is the key lever to our growth. It is at the heart of the strategy we want to build for the coming years and we want someone who believes he/she can make it happen

BePark is a smart parking company that strives at developing products and services that help our real estate and corporate clients digitize the way they manage their parking lots. And in doing so, we enable them to use their parking as a lever for better mobility in and around their buildings At BePark, you will work with young, motivated team members and support major clients from multiple industries across Western Europe.

**What will you be doing?**
As our Inbound Marketer, you will be part of our marketing team. The team’s role is to ensure that our expertise in the field is discoverable and recognized to enable a flow of quality leads. Your main mission will be to define and execute the campaign strategy to supercharge our inbound engine. To be successful in this role, you should have a good strategic mindset and be very good at taking advantage of a strong digital marketing tools suite : Hubspot, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar.

Ultimately, you will contribute heavily to the growth of the company and the impact it can have in the real estate industry and the mobility at large.

As an Inbound Marketer, you will be in charge of:

- Website updates & SEO improvements
- Analysis of website performance (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
- Website measurement and tracking (Google Tag Manager)
- SEA campaigns set up and optimization (Google Ads)
- Paid Social advertising
- Marketing automation
- Workflows creation and optimization

**Requirements**:

- You like and have experience working in a similar job in the startup scene and have a passion for SaaS. You don't mind going the extra mile if needed.
- You have a deep interest in digital marketing and like to read and learn about it.
- Although you can work independently and efficiently, you like to work in a dynamic team environment.
- You do what you promise and you take ownership of tasks. You always try to go for the best quality possible. You understand the why of decisions and you suggest improvements when you see an opportunity.
- You have experience in setting up and managing complex Google Adwords and Linkedin ads accounts.
- You have successful experience in creating and implementing long term SEO strategy
- You are detail oriented, know which KPI to look for and are able to refine your strategy based on results and data.
- You are fluent in English. French or Dutch is an asset.
