**About the Job**
Since its creation, _a fintech_ has experienced exceptional growth, with hundreds of new merchants adopting its solutions every month. We currently work with over 16,300 merchants across 10 European countries, and expanding our presence in the mid-market segment is a strategic priority to sustain this growth. As a **Mid-Market Account Executive**, you will play a key role in growing our customer base and directly contribute to the commercial success of _a fintech_.
**About the Mission**
As a **Mid-Market Account Executive**, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing strategic account plans to achieve your sales targets and objectives.
- Building and maintaining an active pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives. These opportunities will come from inbound leads, your own prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and your personal network.
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and contract signing.
- Representing _a fintech_ at trade shows and conferences in Belgium and Europe.
- Contributing to the optimization of internal processes to support the scalability of our operations.
**About You**
- **Experience**: 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in selling B2B solutions, ideally SaaS, with a proven track record in the tech sector.
- **Segment**: Successful experience in the mid-market segment and the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- **Languages**:Fluency in Dutch is mandatory**, along with a good command of English. Knowledge of French is a plus but not required.
- **Mobility**: Willingness to travel occasionally within Belgium and Europe.
