**Responsibilities and tasks**:
- Administration of the Kia Sales Academy (50% of your time):
- Organization of product trainings (searching locations, invite participants, follow-up of the Kia Sales Academy in close collaboration with IAS - external training house)
- Prepare trimestral meetings with trainings coordinators
- Follow-up of certification process of salesman
- Kia salesman incentive organization
- Manage the administration and follow up on operations regarding the dealer network development
- Follow up on contracts between dealers KIA Belgium and ensure the classification of established contracts
- Support your Manager in reporting to KIA Europe
- Ensure close collaboration with the sales managers
- Manage and administrate the correct use of KIA identity in our dealer network
- Project management: launch, organize and follow-up on projects in regard to Customer Experience, like 2 yearly audit of dealers, digitalization of showroom and other future retail formats
**Profile**:
Commercial attitude, initiating and open person.
Interest for administration but also hands-on
Accurate and well-organized
Proactive and able to work autonomous
By preference fluent in French. Considerable knowledge of English and Dutch.
Knowledge of Windows Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

The KBE organization was created in 2002 with an almost non-existing market share, but sales grew strongly to reach a market share of almost 5% in Belgium. The organization currently employs 50 FTE’s and a network of 74 dealerships.
