We are looking for a **dispatcher/customer service officer**. Our client is a **multicultural and multilingual **support platform ensuring that the customers' stranded vehicles and trucks get back on the road promptly. As a team member, you'll be surrounded by **a close-knit group of colleagues**, with **support** from a** team leader**. Your Role:
As a valuable team member, your primary tasks will include:

- Collecting and verifying information for accuracy and completeness.
- Providing technical support and communicating with workshops.
- Keeping all involved parties informed about the progress.
- Monitoring and managing agreements with all stakeholders.
- Ensuring timely follow-up on all contract-related matters.
- Availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional work on Saturdays during busy periods.

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following knowledge, experience, and skills:
**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Excellent command of the German (native level) & English (good) language.
- Technical knowledge in the automotive or tire industry is a plus.
- No specific experience required.
