**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. **Job description**:
Our company, Amaris Consulting, is looking for a Customer Service Representative with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. This position is based in Belgium and offers a permanent contract.

**Mission Description**

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction? Amaris Consulting's Customer Service division is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to thrive and develop in a supportive and stimulating environment.

**Mission Responsibilities**
- **Direct Reporting**: Work closely with Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth operations and effective customer service.
- **Customer-Centric**: Act as the central point of contact between our customers and the organization, focusing on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- **Efficient Communication**: Guarantee efficient communication with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
- **Autonomous Customer Portfolio Management**: Take ownership of your portfolio, including order intake, order follow-up, dispatch, claim management, and overdue settlement.

**About You**
- **Experience**:3-5 years of experience in Customer Service.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in French and German is essential.
- **Client Focus**:A genuine passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
- **Communication Skills**: A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
