**Omschrijving**:
Als **Junior Account Manager** zet jij je in voor bestaande klanten en prospecten in België en Nederland die tablets, copmputers en andere accessoires bij ons huren. Wat je juist zal doen, lees je hieronder:
- Je analyseert en legt binnenkomende leads vast.
- Je adviseert klanten over producten en dienstverlening en beantwoordt hun vragen
- Je bereidt huuroffertes voor en volgt verzoeken op om te garanderen dat er voldaan wordt aan de behoeften van de klant.
- Van zodra een bestelling is geplaatst, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het registreren van de bestelling en de opvolging.
- Je coördineert de ordervoorbereiding met ons technische en logistieke team.
- Ook na de levering kan je jouw klant te woord blijven staan voor verdere opvolging en vragen.
**Profiel**
- Je spreekt **vloeiend Nederlands en Frans**.
- Een **goed niveau Engels** is noodzakelijk voor de interne communicatie, maar niet voor de communicatie met de klanten.
- Bij voorkeur heb je een eerste ervaring in relatiebeheer of binnen sales.
- Geïnteresseerd in IT en digitale tools
