Product Operations, Data Analyst, Intern

Collibra's Product Operations is at the intersection of Product, Design, Product Marketing, Engineering and Customer Success. Our vision is to be a trusted partner for these departments by providing process and information (data) through the right systems and tools to bring a better experience and value to our customers faster

Our mission is to provide insights through data & analytics, processes and tools along the product lifecycle value stream. We support our Product Managers along with the ideation, customer validation and adoption phases of a typical product life cycle.

**Interning Product Data Analysts at Collibra can have a variety of responsibilities**:

- Designing and building data pipelines and reporting marts to support Product, Design and Engineering Leadership KPI dashboards for critical processes and systems (like Pendo, Jira, Aha, Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Designing and building Tableau dashboards to visualize those KPIs regularly
- Governing the KPIs, metrics, pipelines, data marts and reports in Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud (or Drink our own champagne)
- Supporting ad hoc questions from the Product, Design and Engineering leadership team for data requests and visualization

**You Will**:

- Work in an international setting, leveraging the best-in-class systems and tools in the space of data and analytics, like Trifacta and Tableau
- Gain professional experience in building Data & Analytics products following Collibra's thought leadership while leveraging Collibra's market-defining Data Intelligence platform
- Work with experts in Product Management and learn the ins and outs of the product life cycle
- Have the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment

**You Are**:

- Passionate about solving business problems with data, and analytical about the insights data can deliver to help solve business problems
- Interested in learning more about the product life cycle from ideation to launching great products in the market, and understanding their adoption
- Familiar with supporting different types of stakeholders, and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- A strong communicator in English, both written and oral.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Full-time student currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
