Lab Employee and Certification Coordinator

**Responsibilities & tasks**
- Propagating the quality idea in the organization, working on quality awareness, giving a quality training for new employees
- Search for continuous improvement of our organization
- Reporting on quality, sustainability & order and cleanliness
- Coordination and supervision of external product and system audits.
- Coordinate and follow up all documentation & actions related to the achievement of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 (excluding legal environmental requirements).
- Continuous alertness to the content of the ISO procedures, instructions and documents applicable to the function to be performed
- Coordinate the ISO quality manual, documents and procedures in close cooperation with the various departments to which they apply
- Organizing and monitoring the verifications and calibrations of the measuring devices
- Control of the samples to be tested according to control plan (fabrics and laminated)
- Release of products within the tolerances and detection of deviations whose measured values are outside the alarm limits

**Competences & skills**
- You are a good planner and can set priorities
- You work meticulously
- You have some notion of QMS systems and audits (ISO 9001,ISO 14001,ISO 45001)
- You are curious

**Languages**
- You speak Dutch or French fluently. (French is required for e.g. audit Asqual)
- English is a plus
