**Inchcape** is an independent, multi-brand car distributor, operating in countries on five continents.

We are present in 40 countries and act as an important strategic partner for the world's leading premium and luxury brands, for whom we provide an effective and customer-oriented route to market.

**In Belgium and Luxembourg, we are the official distributor of Toyota and Lexus. **Last year we've launched our new fully electric brand **BYD**. And last but not least we've also launched **BravoAuto**, our new used car center in Machelen. Our Belgian head office is located in **Zaventem**.

We are currently looking for a **Delivery Manager Retail **to join our team.

**What are you going to do as Delivery Manager Retail?**

As Delivery Manager Retail you are a member of the Retail management. You will map our existing processes and optimise where necessary. You are responsible for our digitalisation project across sites. In addition, as a people manager, you lift your team to a higher level. You are our guardian and enthusiastic improver of the retail chain.

- Dissecting all processes and seeing where we can gain efficiency
- Making all files audit-proof
- Coaching and motivating people to create a good team spirit across the sites
- Monitoring sales campaigns
- Achieving targets where you always aim for a high customer satisfaction
- Aligning all processes across all sites
