Ict Security Manager

Develop the ICT security capabilities in line with the Client's ICT Security Framework;
- Deploy the procedures to be used for logging and monitoring on all types of Client's computer systems that are capable of generating information security-related log events;
- Deploy audits logs that record user activities, exceptions and information systems security events;
- Deploy procedures for monitoring use or faults in information processing facilities;
- Ensure the protection of log information against tampering and unauthorised access;
- Define and implement security baselines for Windows/Linux systems;
- Perform tasks related to the implementation of relevant security controls and countermeasures as defined in various Client's documented sources (policies, guidelines, audit recommentations etc.)
**Qualifications**
- Master's Degree or five years of higher education & 6 years of IT professional experience
- Broad understanding of network security products and principles, including IPS, firewalls, DNS, and protocols;
- Technical experience working in a Windows client/server environment;
- Broad experience in using Security Information and Event Management tools;
- Broad experience in monitoring systems and networks for intrusions;
- Proven experience using Splunk including administration, customisation, optimisation and dashboards definition;
- Broad experience defining security uses cases (reporting, alerting and searching)
- Broad knowledge of the current cyber threat landscape;
- Proven experience in identifying, collecting and parsing log information to respond to and mitigate advanced threats;
- Proven experience using Cisco SourceFire and Fortigate IPS/IDS;
- Understanding of security issues enterprises face including economic espionage and insider threats;
- Experience in creating security standards, policies and procedures;
- Experience in performing security audits, risk analysis and penetration tests;
- Understanding of the Lockheed Martin Cyber Kill Chain and Intelligence Driven Response;
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level security incident handling;
- Good knowledge of information systems security;
- Good knowledge of IT security standards;
- Knowledge of security management methodologies and tools;
- Good experience with quality procedures;
- English is mandatory;
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing studies;
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings;
- Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment.
