**Administratief Medewerker Health & Safety (deeltijds 50-60%)**
De Belgische afdeling van Health & Safety bestaat uit een team van Preventieadviseurs die mee instaan voor het welzijnsbeleid op de Belgische luchthavens waarop Aviapartner actief is (Zaventem, Luik, Oostende en Antwerpen). Naast de taken van de Interne Preventiedienst, beheren zij ook de Luchtvaartveiligheid, Stralingsbescherming en Noodplanning.
Er zijn natuurlijk de wettelijke bepalingen en vereisten, Aviapartner is echter een bedrijf dat bijzonder ernstig omgaat met de veiligheid en het welzijn van de medewerkers, passagiers en iedereen die van dichtbij of verderaf betrokken is bij de luchthavenoperaties.
Je zal het team van Preventieadviseurs ondersteunen om de administratie in orde te brengen en te houden die hoort bij hun werk. Je ontzorgt de Preventieadviseurs op het vlak van administratie en organisatie zodat zij hun rol als ‘specialist’ optimaal kunnen opnemen. Jij bent dus vooral bezig met:
- Specifieke meetings voorbereiden en nadien het verslag opmaken
- Beheer van data en resultaten
- Safety communicatie (presentaties, interne berichten)
- Actief meewerken aan de planning van de activiteiten
- Rapportering vanuit specifieke systemen naar de luchtvaartautoriteiten (bv. Luchtvaart safety incidenten moeten zorgvuldig gedocumenteerd en gerapporteerd worden)
- Er is bijzondere aandacht voor het luchtvervoer van radioactief materiaal. Health & Safety ondersteunt dat en volgt het op en daar hoort uiteraard administratie bij
- Het administratieve gedeelte van Emergency Response Planning
- Arbeidsongevallen die worden gerapporteerd mee opvolgen en verwerken
- De mailbox van de afdeling beheren
- Administratieve support voor safety trainingen
De Administratief Medewerker Preventie rapporteert aan het Diensthoofd van de Interne Preventiedienst van Aviapartner. De afdeling heeft een kantoor aan de cargokant van Brussels Airport.

- Dit is een ideale functie voor wie deeltijds wil werken; wij mikken op 2,5 à 3 dagen per week
- Administratief en organisatorisch sterk Je begrijpt de context waarbinnen je werkt; de Health & Safety dienst van de luchthaven. Dus je werkt met en voor een team van specialisten met een sterke focus op (arbeids)veiligheid en het welzijn van een groot aantal medewerkers.
- Zelf heb je interesse in luchtvaart en luchthavenoperaties én natuurlijk in de wetgeving en procedures rond Health & Safety.
- Een open en concrete communicatiestijl
- Zorgvuldigheid, oog voor detail, “juist is juist”, en deadlines zijn deadlines
- Graag samenwerken in een team en tegelijk ben je de plantrekker die alles administratief en organisatorisch onder controle houdt
- Nederlands is de voertaal binnen het bedrijf, je werkt ook voor Luik dus je Frans moet op niveau zijn en het Engels is de taal van de luchtvaart
- Uiteraard werken we met Word, Excel en PowerPoint. Een algemene PC-vaardigheid is nodig om snel andere systemen goed, snel en correct te leren gebruiken
