**Jouw takenpakket**:
Als stagiair krijg je bij ons een heel afwisselend takenpakket.
Je zal als het ware ondergedompeld worden in de wondere wereld van HR
We denken onder meer aan:

- Ondersteuning bij rekrutering: Je zoekt zelf proactief naar nieuwe medewerkers op verschillende jobboards zoals LinkedIn en VDAB
- Behandelen van sollicitaties: Je bent betrokken bij de sollicitatiegesprekken en opvolging
- Je helpt met de versterking van onze employer brand
- Optimalisatie van onze onboarding procedure en opzetten van een preboarding proces
- Organisatie van team events
- Diverse communicatie via onze interne kanalen
- HR administratie en allround bijkomende taken

**Waarom is deze stage op jouw lijf geschreven?**:

- Op nummer 1 staat jouw motivatie en de goesting om alle facetten van HR te leren kennen
- Je hebt een creatieve pen, een lach op jouw gezicht en positieve uitstraling
- Je volgt momenteel een opleiding HR, Communicatie, Office Management of gelijkwaardig
- Je bent communicatief in het Nederlands, maar kennis van Frans of Engels bezorgen je nog bonus punten ;-)

- Goede begeleiding: we investeren in jou als stagiair. Je krijgt een opleiding on the job van ervaren HR collega's
