**Your new company**
One of the largest external prevention and protection services in the workplace, headquartered in Brussels.
**Your new role**
- Serve as the first point of contact and the face of the IT department for all support-related enquiries and issues.
- Receive, assess, and promptly address first-line incidents related to software, hardware, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor and track the progress of incidents, ensuring timely resolution and escalation to the second line if necessary.
- Manage access rights and permissions for employees, ensuring compliance with predefined procedures.
- Collaborate with a team of 4 Support Engineers and report to the Team Coach Service Desk.
**Your profile**
- Technical education in computer science (secondary education) and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of French.
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on service and quality.
- Proficient in:
- Networks (LAN/WAN).
- Servers and PCs (virtual or dedicated).
- MS Office and Internet usage (information retrieval, search engines, chat boxes, etc.).
