Then we have the perfect role for you. For our People and Culture team we are looking for a full-time Administrative Associate P&C and BeLux.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for Administrative Associate who will be responsible for all administrative tasks, especially those related to PR (Purchase Requisition) /PO (Purchase Order) /GR (Goods Receipt) creation, within the People and Culture Department to ensure timely payment settlements. The second part is to act as a backup to the Facilities Associate in Belgium to ensure that services (such as reception, catering, cleaning, parking, etc.) are smoothly running on all office working days. Finally to provide support to the BeLux Marketing, Sales, and Corporate Affairs Departments on PR/PO/GR-related requirements.

**RESPONSIBILITES**

**PR, PO, and GR creation for the P&C Benelux team**
- Vendor Management: coordination of vendor invoices with the Global Business Service Centre (GBS), including trace requisitions, PO management, invoice modification, planning and reminders, registrations, etc.
- Establish and maintain good communication with stakeholders and vendors

**PR, PO, and GR creation for the Marketing, Sales, & CA BeLux teams**
- Coordination of vendor invoices with the Global Business Service Centre (GBS), including trace requisitions, PO management, invoice modification, planning and reminders, registrations etc.
- Establish and maintain good communications, particularly with regular vendors.

**Back-up support for Facilities in Belgium**
- Ensure that services (such as reception, catering, cleaning, parking, etc.) are smoothly running on all office working days

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**
- Minimum high school diploma
- At least 2 years of experience in a secretarial, administrative, or similar function
- Proficient in English
- Knowledge of French and/or Dutch will be a plus
- Background in SAP
- Vendor management software (e.g. ATAI)
- Verbal and written communication
