**Jij kiest de kant van de klant**:
Een klant wordt jouw klant. Want jij staat klaar om te helpen via verschillende kanalen.
Klanten bellen, schrijven, sms’en, mailen & chatten met jou als ze hulp nodig hebben.
En daar ben jij: een rustige rots in de branding, baken van kennis en vriendelijkheid.
Soms bel je zelf ook op om verder op te volgen. Tot jouw klant een tevreden klant is.
Dat doe je met handige tools en methodes die we voor jou helemaal op punt stelden.

**Voor verschillende klanten ben jij hun held**:
Je gaat aan de slag voor verschillende klanten, zowel residentieel als professioneel. Jouw oproepen gaan over verloren huisdieren of verloren bagage tot truckers die in panne staan langs een Europese weg en bijstand nodig hebben. Je merkt het, afwisseling en uitdaging gaan in deze job hand in hand
**Wat doe je?**:
Klanten die jou bellen helpen in zowel Frans als Nederlands, gesproken en geschreven. Soms is kennis van Engels of Duits ook handig.
Je werkt van maandag tot zondag tussen 7 uur en 23 uur.
Goed om weten: uurroosters worden minstens 3 weken op voorhand gecommuniceerd.
Werken doe je in Leuven, of na verloop van tijd vanuit jouw thuiswerkplek.
**Waarin zal je uitblinken?**:
Actief luisteren, klantgericht zijn en mondelinge sterk communiceren in Nederlands, Frans, soms ook in Engels en Duits.
Empathisch zijn, omgaan met stress en goed kunnen werken in team.
Snel bijleren, proceduregericht werken en multitasken.
Administratie goed aanpakken en schrijven zonder spellingfouten.
Voorstellen maken voor de klant voor een betere of volledigere dienstverlening.
Vlot werken met een computer, da’s logisch.

Je start met een interimcontract en een marktconform loon. Daarna - als je goed presteert - volgt een vast contract aangevuld met extra legale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques na 3 maanden, hospitalisatieverzekering, woon-werk vergoeding, etc
Ben je goed in het job? Dan zijn er doorgroeimogelijkheden naar andere functies en/of projecten.
**Hoe verloopt jouw onboarding?**:
Samen werken we aan jouw onboarding, zodat je de kneepjes van het vak onder de knie krijgt. De eerste weken focussen we op belsystemen, klantsystemen, werkmethodes & procedures. Het is logisch dat je dan dagelijks op kantoor bent. Eens je klaar bent voor je werk volgt een inloop-periode met intensieve begeleiding. Ook dan ben je op kantoor, zodat we jou optimaal kunnen ondersteunen. Eens die kaap succesvol is genomen kan je ook thuis werken. Hoe vaak, dat hangt af van jou én van de klant waarvoor je werkt.
