**We are looking for an Allround Front Office Manager to support the Operations Director with the daily operations duties for 5 locations in Belgium.**

**Your responsibilities**:
You will work closely with the Operations Director by supporting the team of the different locations.

Dealing with clients, assist in the right and conform management of the business centers.

You are the eyes and ears and provide backup when someone is absent. You will have to learn the different procedure by center and know its specificities.

You can work independently, but enjoy having a lots of contacts.

You will be in charge of:

- Supporting the Operations Director with several administrative tasks, operations,
- You will not be linked to one specific site as you will have to work within one of the 5 locations (Brussel, Zaventem, Strombeek-Bever, Antwerp, Turnhout,..)
- Backup: you will take over the management of the site when a colleague is absent. This included:

- welcoming customers, visitors and suppliers (EN/NL/FR),
- oversee daily office operations and gives reports to the management
- aanswering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary (EN/NL/FR),
- sort and distributing incoming mails / packages,
- handling outgoing mails / packages ,
- managing several administrative duties (input, filing, client files, check-in& check-out ),
- managing meeting rooms (offers, preparing the MR, ordering lunch,),
- managing the requests and coordinating the events requests,
- managing the reservations of the Workero’s clients (sister company), handling the check-in/out, daily operations duties, input of the costs in the system,
- prepare new client' s offices and provide full administrative follow-up
- handling the requests, problems, complaints,
- daily check of the common areas and stock management
- in case of unannounced visits, you are able to explain our products and services in a commercial way (EN, NL, FR)

**A word about your work environment**:
You will have the opportunity to work in different areas. In a pleasant and dynamic work environment in the real estate sector, you work independently but you have regular contacts with clients, colleagues, accountancy department

You will work as well in backoffice as in front office. You work from Monday to Friday under a day shift.

**Your profile**:
We look for a motivated and loyal person with the following skills:

- good language skills**:EN, NL, FR** (notions are not an option)
- perfect presentation: classic outfit (no jeans nor any casual wear) ,
- S.T.R.O.N.G. **administrative skills,**

- good knowledge of the Office Pack: Work, **Excel**,
- punctual and **no 9 to 5 mindset**
- You **respect** the instructions and guidelines of your manager
- You can **work under pressure**

**Salary**: From €2,500.00 per month
