**Department Info**:
The Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS) division provides high quality, cutting-edge solutions for cardiac and vascular surgery, and interventional procedures performed inside blood vessels.
We pursue therapies that minimize physical burden on patients. We offer diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for coronary and peripheral diseases, and oncological indications.

**Job Summary**:
You will report to the Communication Manager TIS EMEA.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategy and Planning**
- Develop and define editorial calendars for social media in collaboration with communication team and other stakeholders
- Able to develop and write engaging content towards website, social media, Intranet, Newsletter etc.
- Support publishing (multilingual) content in Content Management System (CMS - SharePoint) for website and other channels
- Support publishing content to Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools
- Masters technical aspects and strives to understand the strategy of content and communication tools
- Provides support of these channels to internal users
- Coordinate development and implementation of necessary processes and tools for managing, updating and distribution of content together with Communication Manager and Brand Communication Managers
- Measure, analyze and document performance of various content types and assets to adjust future content creation plans accordingly.
- Support all digital communication projects/ programs with testing, reviews and alignment

**Branding**
- Ensure that all digital materials are aligned with company’s brand identity and guidelines
- Protect brand integrity by ensuring that the TIS verbal guidelines respected for internal and external communications

**Compliance**
- Conduct regular audit, together with communication team, of content throughout the different platforms/channels to ensure consistency in our messaging
- Check that content is aligned throughout the platforms
- Report to internal stakeholders whenever discrepancies are found
- Publish updates relatively
- Responsible to keep all related audit information and quality files in order and manage as per internal process of approval of promotional materials
- Maintain organized and accurate files in internal collaboration tools (Office 365)

**Miscellaneous**
- Manage projects, timelines and deliverables when working with agencies or internal associates on content development
- Report regularly on the budget and expenses
- Manage order creation, payments, and receipts
- Reach out to other teams (Digital, Marketing etc.) to get a broader understanding
- Operate remotely with teams from other locations

**Profile Description**:

- You possess a degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Communication, Content Management or equivalent through experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of multi-media and experience in internet-based and intranet technologies.
- Exhibit proficiency in popular content management systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to develop original content which is creative and engaging for digital and new media
- Experience developing content supporting B2B, life science or Medical device markets is an asset
- Experience working with and managing multiple agencies and vendors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in spoken and written (specifically English)
- Remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Pay attention to details and strive for accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to accomplish projects with little or no supervision, both in a team atmosphere and independently, with strong organisation and management skills
