Role Description
Are you interested to develop your commercial (sales) and business skills in a ‘live’ company environment? Are you interested to fulfill your potential as part of a successful organization? As our next Trainee, you will become an integrate part of the team. As a start, you will be trained on the Industrial Air Filtration products and service portfolio with a view to contributing to increasing the
_Opportunity to Sales Conversion_ in the Reactive - Proactive Lead channels.
Job Purpose-
- Prepare the leads with further company research prior to handover to our Sales Team.The duration of the traineeship is for a period between 3 to 5 months or longer depending on your study requirements. This role is based in Hassrode (Leuven), Belgium.
Profile- To enable you to qualify as a Trainee, you need to be currently studying OR finalizing your studies where part of your degree requires you to do a Traineeship and/or submit a final Research dissertation or Thesis.- Education: Business Management/Marketing (Bachelors or Masters).- You have a commercial interest and are hungry for results.- Interest in learning about technical products, Market Development, Market Research and Product Placement.- Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required for day-to-day work.- Fluent in English both spoken and written - any other European languages a plus (Spanish, Italian, German )- You have analytical skills and enjoy analyzing reports/data.We look forward to meeting you
