**About the Role**:
Join our dynamic team as the Head GXP Data Integrity, reporting directly to the Head of Quality Systems & Strategy. This pivotal role entails providing leadership and strategy to ensure the integrity of UCB's GXP Data and Computer Systems Quality programs. Your mission will be to drive quality in our digital transformation, embracing new technologies in a compliant manner, while ensuring data integrity across the organization.

**Who You'll Work With**:
Collaborate with a cross-functional team dedicated to driving quality and compliance. Engage with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure strategic alignment, GxP data integrity, and compliant utilization of digital solutions.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead the development and implementation of GXP Data Integrity and Computer Systems Quality frameworks.
- Drive strategic alignment between Computer System Quality and GXP Data Integrity programs.
- Provide direction to the Computer Systems Quality Team, ensuring compliance with regulations and embracing new technologies.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive GXP data integrity strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies on matters related to GXP data integrity.
- Lead transversal improvement initiatives and act as the Corporate Process Owner for GxP Data Integrity.
- Foster a change management culture to facilitate adoption of new ways of working.

**Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience, and skills**:

- Master's Degree.
- Deep knowledge of current GxP Data Integrity requirements and proficiency in Computer System Quality regulations.
- Familiarity with digital transformation technologies (SaaS, AI/ML).
- Experience in managing GxP inspections across geographies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven analytical and investigation skills.
- Inspirational leader with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
