Vos Responsabilités:
- Traitement et suivi des documents comptables;
- Suivi des fournisseurs et des transactions financières en suspens
- Préparer les documents pour la rédaction des rapports
- Vous êtes responsable de l'accueil et du téléphone
- Vous avez des compétences administratives et suivez le flux de facturation mensuel.
- Vous soutenez vos collègues Office Manager lorsque cela est nécessaire
- En bref, vous êtes un touche-à-tout et êtes toujours prêt à aider les autres.

**Profile**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de l'enseignement secondaire (de préférence en commerce, comptabilité, secrétariat,...).
- Un diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur est un atout (direction administration).
- Vous êtes fort en administration et pouvez travailler de manière très précise et ordonnée.
- Vous êtes fort en chiffres.
- Vous pouvez parler français sans difficulté, et avez au moins une connaissance moyenne du néerlandais et de l'anglais.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe.
- Vous avez l'esprit numérique et ne craignez pas de découvrir de nouveaux logiciels. En outre, le paquet MS Office ne vous est pas inconnu (Word, Outlook et Excel sont les plus importants).
- Votre enthousiasme, votre résistance au stress et votre précision sont vos atouts.
- Vous travaillez de manière autonome et respectez les délais.
