**Votre nouveau rôle**
En tant que Customer Service Assistant, vous êtes responsable de votre propre portefeuille clients B2B. Vous gérez de A à Z les commandes de vos clients via SAP, de l’encodage de la commande en passant par l’organisation logistique, le SAV et le suivi des factures/notes de crédits. Vous traitez également les plaintes entrantes et coordonnez leur traitement. Vous participez à la mise en place d’actions correctives immédiates pour toute plainte relative aux erreurs administratives. Vous assurez également de donner un feedback précis à votre client par rapport à ses questions, ses plaintes ou son dossier. Vous rapportez à la Customer Service Manager et vous êtes en contact régulier avec l’équipe Customer Service basé en Pologne qui vous aide dans la gestion administrative d’une partie des commandes clients.
**Profil recherché**
Vous êtes un talent rigoureux avec une attitude commerciale et qui est orienté solutions. Vous possédez au minimum une première expérience en gestion de commandes de A à Z. Vous avez, idéalement, une première expérience dans un environnement B2B. Vous justifiez d’une excellente connaissance du néerlandais et du français ainsi que de bonnes connaissances en anglais afin de pouvoir délivrer un service client de qualité. La maitrise de SAP est un précieux atout.

La société propose une période intérim de quelques mois suivi d’un contrat à durée indéterminée.
